TP-LINK TL-WR845N - Connectivity issue, no signal every 1-2 hours once restart.
TP-LINK TL-WR845N - Connectivity issue, no signal every 1-2 hours once restart.
The signal is getting disconnected every 1 or 2 hours, need to switch off and switch on the router to gain back the connectivity.
Is there any solution for this or anyone else facing the same issue as I am facing. The signal will be lost but the light on the router is green,
Please let me know can we fix this issue if I take it to the service center

Hello,
Please help verify some details and we will try to figure it out:
1. May I know who is your internet service provider and what is the current network topology? Is the wireless connection unstable or both wired and wireless connections are having issues?
2. When they got disconnected, is the wireless network of the WR845N still broadcasting or the wireless network is no longer available on all devices?
3. If only the wireless is not stable, try to modify the wireless settings on the WR845N first, such as wireless channel, channel width, which would help in some cases:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2292/
4. If both wireless and wired connection are not stable, please try to connect your computer to your ISP modem directly and ensure that connection is stable, then try to reset the WR845N and reconfigure it from scratch.
Good day.

Hi @Kevin_Z,
Thanks for the resolution steps, I have tried almost all the option. There is no issue from the internet provider, I have tried connecting the cable directly to laptop it works fine there is not interupt in the internet, it happens only when i connect through the router.
I have purchased the router from Amazon, please let me know how to fix this issue, restarting the router has become an regular activity for me now and am regretting to choosing the TP-Link router.
1. Complete reset.
2. Changed internet provider too.
3. Changed configuration as we like, channel, width and etc.
but still no luck, please help me to resolve the issue.

Hello, thank you for getting back. Can we just confirm again if the issue is the wireless signal of the WR845N will disappear and no device can "see" it? Or the devices show connected to the wireless but no internet access?

The signal disappears every 2-3 hours. No device can detect the wifi. The lights are showing green. There is no issue from ISP. I have tried changing channel width, etc. But doesn't work
