AX 50 can't get ip from my modem (Solved)

Model: Archer AX50

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.0.8

I bought AX 50 today and when i connect my modem to my router, my router can't get ip from my dsl modem. Here is the picture.

Edit: I plugged ethernet cable LAN port instead of WAN on modem and problem is solved.

Hi,

Was this working before with another router connected to your DSL modem?

Is your DSL modem a pure modem or a router with built-in modem?

Did your ISP provide something like username and password with your contract details?
