Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel. 18254

Installed brand new AX6000 router about 10 days ago. All was fine for a few days. Then, My WINDOWS 10 PC keeps disconnecting the 5g wifi channel and often the 5g channel doesn't even display in the available wifi connections.

PC wifi card has latest driver installed.

Expected more from a £280 router!

Any advice gratefully received.

@Sandyman0_1

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

Can you please verify if there are any other devices that connect to the AX6000 5G network, are they stable or not? If other devices can connect to the 5G network stably, while the Windows 10 has an issue, you are suggested to check the settings or the adapter on it.

Generally, the router wireless channel is set to auto and leave it to decide about the channel width and channel on which it will work. In particular situations (congested Wi-Fi environments) it's better to set it on a channel less crowded. For that purpose you'll need to do a scan with any Wi-Fi analyzer to see which channel is less crowded and select it manually.
