Hi, please refer to this video to do port forwarding on the Archer C8:

If there is an issue, please refer to the guide to do some basic troubleshooting:

This video doesn't really help me out. I'm trying to open port forwarding for my Nintendo Switch so i can get a NAT A connection. currently I have a B and the download speeds are slow. I have 400mbs internet and the console is within 10 feet of the router. Below is a link for Nintendo's instructions on what to do but I don't understand it since my router seemds to be different than the instructions they're providing.

Have you figured out the first part on the Nintendo Switch? According to the manual you attached, you need to set a static IP address on the Nintendo Switch first. If the IP address of the C8 is 192.168.0.1, you may set a static IP address on the Nintendo Switch to be 192.168.0.250. Please seek some suggestions if you have no idea about this.

After that, you can access the C8 web interface page, go to Port Forwarding -> Vitural Servers, open the ports for the 192.168.0.250 IP. If you need to open all ports for it, just leave the internet port blank and set the external 1-65535, save and reboot the C8.

Additionally, please ensure you are getting a public WAN IP address from your ISP modem, then you should be able to access the Nintendo Switch from an outside network.
