IPv6 inbound traffic blocked ?
Hello all,
I've setup IPv6 network on my AX1800 router according to info from my ISP (see below). I can reach from my home devices to IPv6 Internet without issues. However when I want to reach any device that is behind my router FROM internet (for example from http://www.ipv6now.com.au/ or http://www.ipv6scanner.com/cgi-bin/main.py ), it fails. Cannot ping, cannot reach opened port from internet.
I CAN reach both external and internal router's IP from internet, but not any device in LAN that has been assigned IPv6 from router.
Key question: can AX1800 route inbound traffic from internet to LAN network ? Lets keep in mind, we don't have NAT anymore in IPv6 world....
Details:
IP provided by ISP for my router's WAN interface : 2a0b:e7c0:0:3::c
address prefix that my router should distribute to LAN clients: 2A0B:E7C0:0:11C::/64 (this info was also provided by ISP)
So my LAN devices, that I want to be publicly reachable from internet are for example 2A0B:E7C0:0:11C:423F:8CFF:FE77:CD01
