2.4 ghz is not visible in the network, it only shows 5 Ghz , but I am able to see the two networks while configuring but after that it shows only 5 Ghz and connects to that automatically

Are you saying your client device (phone, computer, etc.) can see the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network for a short time, but then it disappears?
Do you use the same SSID for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi or different SSIDs?
Can you remove or "forget" the 5 GHz network credentials on your client device (to prevent it from connecting to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi automatically) and then check again if you can now see both networks?
