I have add few hops to my black list but later found these devices still can connect and it showing different mac addresses!?!? I thought MAC address can not be changing. 

 

For example, see screen shoot at below.

It's quite possible that this device has dual network adapter, so probably if you block the second MAC address as well, then the device won't connect again with a different MAC address.

Actually MAC address of some devices can be changed.

What type of device is this by the way ?
