Hi, I'm afraid there is no Onemesh router that supports Guest Network with bandwidth limits, while as confirmed with the product team, they do have a plan to add the bandwidth control feature on the wireless routers, no models or time that we can provide now.
As for the Parental Control feature, most of the routers can match the requirements, you may check Archer AX6000:

I am looking for a solution for a few friends, family & clients.
The budget is strictly under $180 US, mainly because for a higher budget we can recommend other tested brands
Good parental control & mesh would be the key features.
