Can I install a Deco without any help of additional router?

I want to install a Deco M4 Wifi router. Let us suppose I don't have any pre-existing router installed at home. My internet service provider has provided me only an Ethernet cable with an rj45 plug attached with the end. Keeping this scenario in mind, my question is, is it possible to install the Deco system without any preexisting router? If possible, how to do that? Thanks.

More specifically, minimum requirements:
1) Data plan or WiFi access on smartphone to install and run Deco app;
2) Internet access through Ethernet cable to setup and configure Main Deco, using Deco app.

Provided that the Main Deco can get a DHCP address from the Cable, then in theory this should work
The Deco will create a new LAN on the subnet 192.168.68.x range when setup

Ah OK.. yeah that will be a problem as you do need some internet access on your phone to set this up.
Could you borrow another phone with internet to set this up initially?

A have already phone data access, that is no problem. I asked the question to be sure that I need an existing router to setup Deco! Is not this interesting? I think Deco better make an option where one can install Deco router independently, without the help of any other router. Thanks.

@AsadulHuq Can't you just plug in the Ethernet cable from the modem into one of the Deco M4 pods? When you setup the Deco M4 through the app it will "connect" to the Deco M4 pod that is a gateway to your modem and should set it up accordingly.
