@Sundar_988

If the laptop is corporate owned it might have certain pre-defined policies for wireless connection minimum security level.

Try to set both bands like this:

Remove the 5Ghz wireless network from known networks on the laptop.

Then reboot the router so the wireless devices can reconnect and test.

What about the Channel and Channel width for 5GHz band, are they both on Auto ?

@terziyski Thanks for your reply.

I checked the settings and found those are already like as you shown. Still, I couldn't make successful connection.

Apparently the message "Can't connect to this network" is a very general error and the possible causes are aplenty.

I recommend you open Google, search for something like "windows wifi can't connect to this network" and then open a few of the suggested webpages, which will show you more than a dozen possible solutions for the "Can't connect to this network" problem.

Depending on how much restrictions your employer enforces of their laptops you might actually not be able to perform some of the suggested solutions, like installing different drivers for the network card.

@woozle Actually my employer is open to make changes in laptop to establish successful connection to network. But couldn't able to find the issue or correct settings.

I tried earlier as like your suggestions. But didn't find anything useful.

@Sundar_988

On Monday the support people from TP-Link should be back here. Maybe they can help you further with your problem.

But like I said, the possible reasons for the "Can't connect to this network" error are manifold. So it seems rather unlikely someone can point you to the exact solution for your particular problem from the distance.

If you need a fast 5 GHz Wi-Fi connection, but can't get the problem with your laptop's internal Wi-Fi card solved, then my personal suggestion would be to purchase an external Dual-Band AC 1200M or 1300M-grade USB Wi-Fi adapter. A few months ago I got one of those myself for less than 8 € shipped from China.

By the way, what is the make and exact model number of your laptop computer?

@woozle No one from Tp link team replied to my thread. Can you do something about this?

@Sundar_988

Have you tried with another laptop ?

Is the issue with your corporate Dell laptop only ? Your C20 settings seems fine, laptop network driver version is current, mobile devices can connect to 5Ghz band.

If the issue is with this laptop only it's best to contact your IT department to be advised further.

Another thing you could try is to update the router FW with the latest FW release and test if that will fix your issue.
