Model: TL-PA4010P KIT
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Latest one on the tp link website

Hello, my power line adapters are quite old but they are still pretty good, but just recently they have completely lost the ability to pair together. I can use my pc without them but it is horribly slow.

As far as troubleshooting goes i have tried the following

Using a new cable

resetting the adapters

re pairing them

putting them in the same room

leaving them off for a few hours

resetting them via the button and the software

pairing them through the tpPLC

swapping them around

putting them into different power points

What ever it is i cant get them to pair at all, i have not smashed or damaged them in anyway.

They also are both picked up by the software when they are plugged into pc, but don't work when i add them by the power line password thing.

Any suggestions or ideas would work, plus warranty details if they are broken.

Thanks in advance.

Update: I managed to get them to pair but they wont send an enthernet signal to each other, idk why.

I can see and manage both of them via the tpPLC software but they wont give internet to each other.
