Hi tp-link support can I know how do I know my internet service provider myrouter is tl-wr841nd hardware verison:v8 and frimware verison is 3.16.9
If you want to know the name of the ISP that provides your Internet connection, then you can get a clue by visiting www.whoismyisp.org .
Keep in mind that some small local broadband providers may collaborate with a bigger company for the actual Internet connection, so what you see on www.whoismyisp.org might not always be the company the contract was signed with.
In case you mean you want to know whether your TL-WR841N router is a customized model provided by an ISP or if it's a regular retail model, then only the TP-Link support staff may be able to answer this.
