`Not Indentifying Any of the USB Sticks

HI,
I Recently Purchased MR3020 it Connected well the First day, and everything was fine
but second day it dint got connected with internet - when i plugged into the system i noticed that it is not identifying the 3g Stick (data Card)
i also upgraded the firmware as directed by the Global Customer Care - but there was no Improvement
there is no Reponse on Email or Phone from the Tp-Link Support - Please Help me Identify the Solve the Problem
