Model: Archer C1200
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 2.0.2 Build 20180118 rel.38979 (EU)

I have attached a USB drive with the router and trying to access it on the local network. But with the latest Windows 10 version, it is not working. Microsoft has stopped SMB1 protocol support in windows. Here is the message I get while access the file share -

"You cannot connect to the file share because it is not secure. This share requires the obsolete SMB1 protocol, which is unsafe and could expose your system to attack."

Do we have any plan or upcoming firmware update to support SMB2 protocol?

Hi, I'm afraid not. The Archer C1200 V2 is quite old version, there is no plan to add the support for SMBv2.
