I am trying to connect to my Synoptics NAS from external connection but from a Local PC.Can connect fine through local ip But not through external Ip or using No-Ip address.Is there any way round this please.

There are two ways:

1.Using QuickConnect

2.Using EZ-Internet - this one involves port forwarding on your router.

Unfortunately this is not my problem,All already done.

 

Problem is i want to access exrenal shared folder (External ip/No-ip) through my Localhost pc (192.0.0.1)

I misunderstood your description - you're referring to C2300 hairpinning.

TBH I am not sure if it supports it - the only thread I've found on that matter is here.

What is the detailed network diagram, is this Synoptics NAS connected to the C2300 directly by Ethernet cable? 

 

Just to confirm, is there a specific reason that you need to access the local Synoptics NAS in the local PC with the WAN IP or DDNS? I think you can access it directly with the LAN IP, which is more convenient.
