Do you mean the Anti-virus always displays a "0 Day surfing protected"? I'm wondering if the router is just restarted, and this will be cleared.

yes, they passed it on to the R&D team and see if there is any good solution

If that is the case, please wait for the updates from the engineers patiently, they should reply to you as soon as the R & D locate the issue and or provide a fix.

Hmmm, Do you suggest they know this problem since a long time?
Thing is no one knows router AV is working at all or it's just a Days update problem hence cosmetic.

Just to finalise this thread - the AV Day counter requires the AX50 router to stay on 24 hours b4 it will increment a day hence people switching the router off overnight will see 0 Days all the time. Maybe they change that?
