Connect HD to Router

Model: TL-MR6400

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 1.7.0.0.9.1 v0001.0 build181214 Rel.49556n

Is it possible to connect an external HD (not flash drive) to this router via a NAS adaptor...

The router does not have a USB port

This is what NAS adapter does and it should be possible with any router LAN port:
