Hi, EC230-G1 is a customized version for Service Providers in the local market, which means the firmware of the router might be self-designed by your ISP. Visit the website for more details: https://service-provider.tp-link.com/wifi-router/ec230-g1/.

Generally, the support for this customized version will be covered by your ISP, and we suggest you contact your ISP first to check if there is any limitation on the firmware.

@Kevin_Z Thanks for your Response. Earlier I checked with my ISP, they said they will not provide any support for TP-Link Wi-fi router. I have to contact TP-Link support for this. I don't know what should i do know, if no one is willing to support on this. I My product is under Warranty. Seems my Hard earned money is wasted
