Hardware Version: V5
Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.17 v0001.0 Build 201214 Rel.42010n(5553)

Why do i get so unconsistent ping even when connected to 5ghz router and also in 2.4ghz. u can see the screen shot 1st one is of 2.4 ghz and 2nd of 5ghz.can anyone help me with the issue. thank you

Have you referred to the below FAQ to modify the wireless settings on the C20? If only the wireless connection gives you high ping, you can follow Case 3. If the LAN also gives high ping, follow Case 1 and/or Case 2:
