500Mbps slower than 200Mps

Hi. Just purchased 2 x PA511 powerline kit to replace my 200Mbps set and I don't think I'm that impressed. In fact everything seems slower.
Now I have a Quality of 20-40% where before I was getting 60-80% and the Mbps is the same. Now I have an orange light where the older 200Mbps ones had green.
They are all in the same sockets and connected to the same equipment. Is this correct? I'm very lose to sending them back
