Problems in Connecting ZTE AC2737(Reliance Netconnect) with TL-MR3020

Hi,
I need kind help from the forum, the connection of my dongle is not successful where in the status page it goes on saying "identifying" and it never says identified and connected. Could some one please help me in configure, I have tried with manual configuring by giving, dial number(#777), APN blank and UN and PWD(10 digit number).
Attached the logs as well.
