As I know, PA511 is gigabit PLC device, while PA411's LAN speed is 100Mbps.

Unless you have gigabit devices, e.g, PC with gigabit card and NAS other end with gigabit card your devices are probably 100Mbps so won't use the extra speed. If youre just piping your internet around then you won't need the 511 unless your connection is faster than 100Mbps. If you do want to go Gigabit note that the PA511 comes with cat5 cables, which are max 100Mbps so you need to upgrade to cat5e / cat6 to get the extra speed.

like "sukerkman" mentioned, unless you have giga...........
or if you consider the price factor, maybe? 4<5:p
anyway, if you don't mind the few bucks, go for TL-PA511.
