internet not connecting

recently i bought TP link MR 3020, it is well identified and connected with my laptop. I am able to connect it with wifi access. But initially it was not identifying my #G dongle.I have tried MTS huwai EC 1561 and tata photon EC 152 but it keeps onshowing connecting and connecting.
I tried to ask my data provider and they gave me manual settings also like for MTS Dialno, APN, username and password but still i am not able to connect it
I upgraded the firmvare but still the problem exists. My dongles are working normally when i connect them directly to my laptop.
