Not able to conneect tp-link MR3220 to Tata Photon Plus

HI I have Tp-link 3g/3.75 wireless lite n Router model number TL-Mr3220 . I have just bought Tata Photon plus device huawei ec156. I am not able to connetct to the usb dongle . pls Advice hot to coonect to the USB dongle. Folling the ast setup guide . Its saying Unknow PIN status, please insure that your SIM/UIM is on unlock status.
