TP-Link PA411 and 211 compatibility

Hi.
Does anyone know if the TP-Link PA411 and 211 are compatiable?
I have a succesful 211 (200mbs) connection between two of them.
But when adding a single 411 (500mbs) it cant find them
Iv rest the 211 and tried both the 411 and 211 connected with Virgin hub.
But still no luck..
Any ideas?
