Region : India

Model : TL-MR3220

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 3.14.2 Build 120817 Rel.55520n

ISP : Tata Photon+

I am using TL-MR3020 3G/4G Router along with Tata Photon+ Broad band connection as Wi-Fi Hotspot.

My modem details are as under,

Modem Make HUAWEI (EC-156)

After doing the initial settings, I could able to connect to internet. but after 2-3 mins suddenly the internet connection got disconnected though WiFi is working. The right corner of the laptop shows connected to TPLink device with no internet access (Full WiFi Range symbol with yellow Caution Mark)

At this point, I checked in the router management tool it is showing device identified & connecting.

Once I disconnect the modem through Router Management tool, it works fine for 2-3 mins but again same problem repeats. After some time even the TPLink is fail to identify the dongle.

I had tried to connect Tata Photon Data card independently with laptop it works fine without any issue.

Pleade help me to resolve the issue.

Thanks,

Hirendra

Is your model number TL-MR3220 or TL-MR3020?
It seems that your router is not running the latest firmware.
You had better upgrade it first and then see if the latest firmware helps.
It is available on www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/?model=TL-MR3220&version=V1#tbl_j. See the released date to tell which one is the latest.
Refer to www.tp-link.com/en/article/?faqid=296.

If yours is TL-MR3020, download the firmware from www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/?model=TL-MR3020&version=V1#tbl_j.
