ISP : Israel . Cellcom 3g

When I plug the USB Modem to the router its show
Uknown USB Modem
any idea with any one ?
Please help me , this is the 3 usb modem I tried after I had bought the TL MR3420

firstly,make sure the modem can be recognized by the pc when it;s plugged directly into the pc
secondly, check all the possible settings on the router, update the latest firmware, reset it. check the ISP dial number and APN, disable pin on the usb modem.
