Galaxy S4 Unable to connect VIA TL-WPA281

Region : Singapore
Model : TL-WPA281
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version : TL-WPA281_V1_120210
ISP : Starhub
Hi All,
I have newly bought the Galaxy S4.
But it is unable to obtain an IP Address from it.
I have various devices connecting to it with no issues.
Just to name a few(Galaxy Note 2, LG Optimus VU, Apple TV and Playstation 3).
But not all at the same time.
Firstly it is Paired with TL-PA211.
It is connected to a D-Link router(DVG-N5402SP) provided by my ISP(Starhub).
But the weird part is if i were to connect to the D-Link's wifi my S4 has no problem surfing the internet.
I have tried to play around with the settings on the D-Link and TL-WPA281. It has no problems at authenticating the wifi encryption, but it fails at obtaining IP Address.
I have also did a factory restore on my S4.
So i would need help to see how can i make it work.
Many Thanks in advance.

The problem exists not only with TP-LINK.

As in this link, WPA TKIP or WEP has no problem. i tried WEP, it works.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wi-Fi_Protected_Access
According to the 802.11n specification, this [AES] encryption protocol must be used to achieve the fast 802.11n high bitrate schemes, though not all implementations enforce this. Otherwise, the data rate [using WEP] will not exceed 54 MBit/s.
I've chosen Arcane's work-around ... no-encryption still gives me near full N speed from the Powerline ... although with this configuration, WiFi access seems to experience pauses of seconds to half a minute too regularly.
I might try WPA (as opposed to WPA-2) next.
LOOKING FORWARD to A FIRMWARE FIX ANY DAY NOW **HINT** :p

Hi Guys,
i'm glad in a way i'm not the only one...
i thought i was having a faulty S4...
I have tried everything from re-installing the firmware and using the MAC address restrictions.
MAC address restriction worked for me but the experience is not a smooth one... there are lockups.. even then my phone is also hesitant in connecting to it...
i'm thinking its the security that is flawed... as i have another TP-Link device my S4 has no issues. but it doesn't use WPA2-PSK it just uses WPA2-Personal.
I have also checked with samsung talking to the engineer. they say WPA2-PSK is supported.
my wife's Note2 is also hesitant in connecting but for her once connected its smooth but not for S4...
i'm wondering if TP Link is looking at this thread...

I'm having the same problem. Bump in the hopes that TP-Link will take note.

I think you should contact your phone provider to give best helpful information for it.
