I have got my 3G Router 3 days ago and can not get it to work with Modem ZTE K3570-Z. I tried the newest FW Version and the previous one to no avail.

The modem is identified but will not connect.

The modem works on various notebooks with different SIM cards in different networks (Vodafone Turkey, Mobilkom Austria, Orange Austria, Yesss Austria) and countries.
So I suspect it is not the modem but the router. Although the modem is listed as compatible by TP-LINK.
A modem borrowed from a friend (ZTE MF 626) works on the 3G router with all the SIM cards I have.

The logfile below contains a message saying check APN and dial number. As my tests showed the dial number and APN are correct otherwise the borrowed modem would not work.

I have solved my problem.

This is how I did it and it may help others to fix a similar problem.

On the global compatibility list my modem was listed as compatible and not ISP specific. For Austria this modem was not listed at all.
So I checked in which countries this particular modem is listed as compatible and whether there is different FW-Version available. For Turkey there was one; in particular Version TL-MR3020_V1_130418_BETA.

Using this FW solved my connection problems :)

Hi,

I was using MR3020 successfully on cable till last week on my broadband cable connection. I bought Reliance Netconnect+ dongle, Unfortunately i also downloaded firmware (TL-MR3020_V1_120817) from below link and i upgraded firmware but after few minutes it showed restarting process and it restarted. When i power off/on router, it did not get connect to my laptop, how ever wifi detect router but when i am trying to get connected, it gives message - "Window unable to connect TP-LINK MR3020 ........." Even it is not opening up 192.168.0.254 window panel. What should i do to get 192.168.0.254 window, so that router can get connect ? Can you please help to resolve this issue which has occurred after firmware upgrade. In this situation, my TP router do not get connected to laptop or any other device. help to resolve this issue.
