Hi.
Who is your ISP? How often does Internet connection drop?
Is there any log on the computer? Normally you can try this path to find it out : C:\Program Files\TP-LINK\TP-LINK 3G Client\

Just restrict the max connetion speed in the driver properties. Device manager > driver > settings
