Can I pair a TL-PA411 to a TL-PA251 KIT?

My question is as simple as that:
Can I pair a TL-PA411 to a TL-PA251 KIT?
TL-PA251 is discontinued in all the major retail stores and I cannot find a single one to expand my powerline network. So I want to know if can expand the network with other TP link products.
