I have an RE450 range extender that will not connect to either my Windows 8 or 10 PCs.  When I try, it tells me "Windows can't get the network settings from the router"

It connects to my iPads and iPhones without any difficulty.

It has the latest firmware installed.

I"ve googled that error message and found that others are having the same problem and I cannot find any satisfactory solutions on the Google searches.

Any suggestions on how to get my PCs connecting the the RE450 would be appreciated
