Hello, im kinda new to network stuff but i have this question. I have 2 powerlines set up with my router-PC and im intrested in buying 2 more powerlines for the upper floor in which the wifi is kinda low, my question is if i get one powerline for my brothers PC (wired connection) and another one to connect it to an access point for wireless connection would that work? Is there a better solution? Do you have any products to suggest for my issue? 

TLDR: If i connect a powerline to an access point does it work?
