Firmware Version: 1.3.1

I have a Archer AX20 router, just added a RE505X but couldn't activate onemesh, it says "current main router does not support onemesh" I upgraded both device to the latest firmware but still get the same message.

That's weird. We recommend reaching out to tech support via email, so they can work with you in looking into the issue further. You can send the email to support.forum@tp-link.com, you will reach out to them. It's suggested to send the config file on both the router and the RE505X for the analysis.

Are you able to resolve this?  I have the same issue with my MR600 and RE505x.

 

MR600 is a OneMesh router.

Hello, be sure the MR600 is working in router mode, only in router mode can it build up a Onemesh network with the Onemesh extender. Check this guide:
