Can you share some details if you could not login TP-Link access point. Please refer to this FAQ to login to the Access Point page at first: 

How to log in the web-based management interface of Wireless N Access Point (new logo)?

If you can not login by  ' http://tplinkap.net  ' please find the IP address of AP on router's client list, and use AP's IP address to access web page.
