Win10 tpPLC Utility also works on Win11, make sure you download the latest version of the Utility.

Download Center: https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/

If the Utility does not find your device: 

- Make sure your computer installed tpPLC Utility is wirelessly or wire  to the  powerline unit. 

-Turn off Windows firewall or Anti-virus software on the computer and see if the Utility could find your device or not. 
-Turn off VPN software if there is any
- Try a different computer
