Can't find model  A1200  in drop-down list so can't enter the relevant hardware and firmware details

 

Have been having intractable connection problems

Reset router  - now I can't access the router to reconfigure it

Using admin as password - message is that it's incorrect

 

Can anyone help please?

Hi,

 

Was this router bought in a retail store or was this router provided by an Internet service provider?

 

In case this router was supplied by the ISP, then it is possible they've set another password as the default password.

 

By the way, can you please tell us the full model description that should be printed on a label on the underside of the router? (it should read something like "Model: Archer A1200 (xx) Ver: x.x")
