Found new firmware for AX73 (Archer AX73(US)_V1_211119) in the tp-link page (https://www.tp-link.com/th/support/download/archer-ax73/#Firmware).

Question, Is it includes bug fix for whitelist control? (https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/268344).

Yes, that has been fixed and included in the latest official firmware, you can update your router firmware.
