Model: TL-PA9020P KIT
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Hello all,

I am currently considering to add a single WPA8631P adapter to my existing Powerline network consisting of two (EOL) TL-PA9020P models. I also own an Arcer C6 Router which supports OneMesh.
I would like to know if I would be able to create a OneMesh network using the Archer C6 and the single WPA8631P or do I need the whole new kit?
Thank you in advance

Hello @Tranda

If the Wi-Fi powerline unit supports OneMesh, you could build OneMesh network with a  OneMesh router

That means you could use the old TL-PA9020P with the OneMesh compatible Wi-Fi powerline unit to build a OneMesh network.

It is recommend to consider OneMesh compatible AV1000 with old AV2000 as guide below if possible:

How can I select the powerline device?

Hello @Solla-topee,
yes, I am considering to buy a single TL-WPA8631P unit, which is on the list of compatible devices.

Thank you for the answer and have a nice day
