I have setup TL-MR6400 to monitor remote area. Locally when I connect it WiFi I can see TL-MR6400 is online in Tether App. But when I tri to monitor its online status via Tether remotely, it alwasys shows offline.
I have enabled Remote Management in TL-MR6400 settings.
What I am missing here ?

@roydon Yes , I have the same problem, sometimes the Tether app shows connected sometimes not, even though the router is connected to the internet.

Hi, please let us know your hardware and firmware version of your MR6400, make sure it uses the latest firmware, then please send a private message to me with the MAC address of your MR6400.
In addition, when it shows offline on the Deco App, if you reboot the MR6400, will it turn online again? and how long it will take to be offline again?
