May I know what kind of password is incorrect? Is it wireless password or web UI login password?

If it is wireless password that is incorrect, please find the default password on the device label. If you changed password before and you forgot, please reset router and try default password: with router powered on, please press and hold this button for more than 5 seconds until the Internet LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.

If it is web UI login password that is incorrect, please try default username/password which is admin all in lower case. If admin doesn't work, please try reset: with router powered on, please press and hold this button for more than 5 seconds until the Internet LED blinks to reset the router to its factory default settings.
