Hello. Is anyone else struggling with the Deco app for IPhone? Each and every time I go to log in, it tells me that the password is incorrect and blocks access. I know with 100% certainty that the password is correct, yet it forces me to reset at each use. What is going on? Sadly I'm having to log into to the app on a regular basis because my Deco devices are dropping off and need resetting. Something seems to be up over the past few weeks, but I can't see what.

Hi, The Deco web interface uses the same email ID and password as the Deco APP.

If the same issue starts again, It is suggested to access http://tplinkdeco.net via the same password.

I noticed your current firmware is 1.0.0 Build 20220702. Please also try to manually update the firmware to the latest 1.0.2 first via web UI:

Deco E4R(EU)_V3_1.0.2 Build 20220915

 

In case later you still had the same issue, after resetting the password and re-log into the Deco APP, please also refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:
