Firmware Version: 1.4.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201230 Rel.32867n

Hy everybody,

just wanted to play online with my PS4 via my new TP-Link Router.

Unfortunately the connection is NAT Type 3, what means that the connection blocked most of the time. So no online gaming for me...

 

With my last routers I had the chance of Port- Forwarding but on this router there is only Port - Triggering...

 

 

Since I have no idea how Port Triggering works, and google gave me no manual for it, I hope the community can help me out!

Port- Forwarding = Virtual Servers

Sony recommends openning these ports when you can't connect to the PlayStation network:

TCP: 80, 443, 3478, 3479, 3480

UDP: 3478, 3479

If the issue persists make sure that your Internet address is public indeed:
