Is there an option to block internet access 

Completely in certain hours? 

 

The parents control option only block sites.

You didn't mention which HW version is your C7 router.

For example in HW ver.5 there's a setting in Parental Controls named 'Bed Time' which you could use for that purpose:

Hi,

 

It may depend on the hardware version of the Archer C7.

 

Which version is your Archer C7?  (the version number "Ver:x.x" should be printed on the label on the underside of the router)

 

Unless I am reading the user manuals wrong, it seems to me that V4 and V5 should allow you to block Internet access completely in certain hours.

From what i have seen there is an option of parental control that can filter what websites to block and in what hours, so that not doing what I need

and there is an option to block MAC address completely.

 

i need to completely block internet access in the device from 8 pm to 10 pm.

 

can you refer me to where have you seen it in the menu?

Firmware version - 1.2.0 Build 20211210 rel.51212(4555)

Hardware Version - Archer C7 v5.0

 

It's not the same, a little bit different from the guide, but I will try to play with the setting.
