Model: Archer MR400
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 201230

Before I upgraded I could stream two streams from HBO max at the same time.
Unfortunately, I never measured the speed before upgrading the firmware since I was satisfied!

After upgrading, I put the gateway in its old position, with the antennas pointing the same way. Now I have 180kbit = 0,18Mbit!!!

 I can't use my smartTV at all!!!

Anyone else experiencing the same?

yours sincerely

Dattan

  @Dattan

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Please check the network type and signal strength on Advanced->Status page, if it works on WCDMA which is 3G network, please go to Advanced->Network->Internet page to change the Network Mode from 4G Preferred to 4G only to see if it will work on 4G.

If there is still any problem, please send me the screenshot of Status page, and for comparison, you could also insert the same SIM card into another 4G device to test the speed.

By the way, when testing the MR400 speed, please test both via Ethernet connection and also WiFi to see if it is LTE issue or just WiFi.
