 2022-04-11 08:57:15 4G Information ERROR: failed to handle new sms.
2 2022-04-11 08:57:15 4G Information ERROR: decode pdu failed.
3 2022-04-11 08:57:15 4G Information ERROR: invalid pDst->tp_dcs: 4
4 2022-04-11 08:57:15 4G Information ERROR: invalid pDst->tp_dcs: 4

 

 

I get this error every 10 minutes, but there is no incoming message, and I'm not sending it either

Hi, thank you very much for the feedback.

Please try to reset the device to factory default: with it powered on, press and hold the reset button until power LED starts flashing.

After that, please check if there is still the same log recorded, if so, please try to send a SMS message to the MR600 SIM number, then check if you are able to check the SMS inbox and receive the SMS on the MR600.

 

In addition, may I know the hardware and firmware version of your MR600?
