Remote management (under System tools/Administration) has been suddenly disabled.

Same behavior on Chrome and Firefox.

Hi,

 

Based on the screenshots, https management is disabled, do you mean it was enabled before and then disabled by itself?

Please check the local management and remote management part on the same page and check if you are able to enable them again.

  @Sunshine Hello, exactly. It was working and then it was somehow disabled by itself. Both local management and remote management part on the same page don't show up as you can see on the screenshot.

Hi, please try to reset the device to factory defaults: with it powered on, press and hold the reset button until power LED start flashing, then wait for it rebooting automatically.

After that, please check if you are able to configure the local and remote management again.

 

By the way, what is the firmware version of your device? please provide complete firmware version including the build numbers
