Hi!

When you test internet speed on various speed tests, you're measuring speed/ping/packet loss to the server nearest to you. Games usually don't work that way and sometimes can connect you to the server far away which results in higher ping and possibly packet loss. There isn't much you can do about that. Some games have option to change/choose the server; I'd strongly recommend to choose only servers that are closest to you.
