Hi，May I know if you are using 3G/4G Router mode or Wireless Router mode?
For 3G/4G Router mode, the 4G Internet IP address is assigned by your SIM card carrier, we are unable to set static 4G IP address on router end, it is recommended to contact the SIM card carrier to see if it is possible.
If it is working on Wireless Router mode, the WAN IP address is assigned by either the ISP or the modem/router in front of this router, please check WAN connection type on this router to see if it is PPPoE, dynamic IP or static IP.
