Hi, do you mean the firmware update? What is the current firmware version of your router? please provide the build number for the firmware version as well.

And what is the new firmware you are trying to update?

By the way, may I know where you purchased the MR200? from the SIM card provider or other retailer?

@Sunshine Yes I mean I can not update the firware.

My firmware is : 1.0.0 0.9.1 v7004.0 Build 190814 Rel.40071n . I am trying to update at least to the first update from the list  :Update firmware :Archer MR200(EU)_V4_200526 .

I already try also the other 2 firmware from the list.

I bought the router from the provider of the sim card but they already told me that the router is not locked. I try from another provider a sim card and it works. That means that they have right

Hi, thank you very much for the reply.

I've checked your current firmware, it is a customized firmware for Cosmote in Greece and cannot update to the universal version firmware, that is why the firmware update failed.

It is correct that the router is not locked, which means the router could work with other SIM card as well, but the firmware update to universal version is not allowed. If there is any problem with the current firmware, it is recommended to contact the provider again to see if they have newer customized firmware to update.
